5-th week of veggie_miles (log)

This week was a very good one for me. I did two full days of jumping work, went hiking, and cut the pace down to around 8 minutes on the below 140 average HR.

I added some strength work for my back, abbs and calfs too.

I will add a long run next week, some milage in the T-pace and add more strength and jumping work.

We continue getting stronger!
