7-th week of veggie_miles (log)

It was a good week

The HR was higher than the average for almost the whole week, but overall I feel good.

I did two days of jump work, one long run, two runs at the Marathon pace.

I also went hiking and attended a museum 🙂

I plan to do the exact same work next week to let the body get used to it and see whether there is at least some progress in pace and feeling.

And then I plan to increase the milage and start doing more serious work including runs at T-pace and some interval workouts.

I hope I will be able to handle it 😉
